Shipping Policy

Stock availability - We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but sometimes there may be a stock discrepancy. In such an instance, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for the product to be restocked or if you would prefer a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, package size and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Exchanges

Incase of exchange orders, the store credits will be equal to the original order amount, exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping cost will not be credited as part of store credits.

Estimated Delivery time

  • Deliveries within India.

    In routine circumstances, after dispatch, shipments to metro cities take 2-3 days in transit and 4-5 days in transit for non-metro cities in India.

  • International deliveries

    We currently do not ship orders placed on our website outside of India. If you would like to have your order delivered outside India, reach out to us via Whatsapp at +91 8758988844.

  • Dispatch Time

    Ready to ship orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of order.
    Incase of made to order products, dispatch would take approximately 10-12 days.

Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we would be able to change the address at any time only BEFORE the order has been dispatched. Orders with made to order items

If there is a mix of ready to ship and made to order items in your order, we will dispatch the in-stock items within 2 business days and the remaining items, once they are ready.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please reach out to us via Whatsapp on +91 8758988844 or email us at Brijewellery.India@gmail.com mentioning your name, and order number so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link on their registered Email ID from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at BRI jewellery. We are grateful to you for placing your trust in our handmade, unique jewellery designs. Please go through our refund and exchange policy before making a purchase.

We carry out thorough quality check before shipping your item as we want to make sure you have a seamless experience while shopping with BRI.

Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on our products that includes fixing the damage at a minimal shipping charge of Rs. 100 incase of wear and tear situations that include loss of plating, falling out of stones and in some cases, breakage. Do note that we reserve the right to determine the eligibility of your purchased product for warranty claims, after you send us details about the issue with necessary images.

Please note that BRI Jewellery is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We do not provide refunds in any cases other than stock discrepancies on our website.

Replacements

However, if in a rare case, if you have received a product that is damaged, we would be happy to replace it for you. Please reach out to us via Whatsapp on +91 8758988844 or email us at Brijewellery.India@gmail.com mentioning your name, order number, and with a picture of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving your product and we will issue a replacement.

Exchanges

If you have changed your mind after receiving your product from BRI, you can exchange it with another product on our website, within 7 days of delivery of your order. Reach out to us via Whatsapp on +91 8758988844 or email us at Brijewellery.India@gmail.com mentioning your name and order number for any exchange requests.

The new item will be shipped after we have received the old item in its original and unused condition. We will issue store credits incase of exchanges, which can be used to settle any balance amount of the new exchange item or can be used later for future orders in case the new product is lesser in price than the original product.

In both the cases ie. replacement or exchange, the product has to be sent in its  original packaging for us to be able to help you with your returns.

Please note we do not provide exchanges for customized jewellery.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges

BRI Jewellery is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
